REWARDING YOUSELF IN THREE SIMPLE STEPS
Complete quotes. Earn points. Redeem rewards. It’s that simple! For every eligible
commercial insurance quote you complete via Callibrate on Sunrise you’ll earn a
minimum of one point. Once you’ve earned 10 points you can start redeeming some
great rewards. Plus each point earned steps you closer to Gold or Platinum status
and the opportunity to earn points even faster!
HOW IT WORKS
- Once you’ve registered just complete commercial quotes as per normal on the Callibrate
system and we will turn your quotes into points!
- You’ll earn points, according to your membership status, for each eligible commercial
quote you complete, including quotes that go directly to bind. Remember to save
the quote as ‘quick quotes’ will not be eligible.
- Points are redeemable for rewards once you’ve earned 10 points. One point is equal
to $1 and rewards are categorised in $10, $15, $20, $25, $50 or $100 values. To
view your points at any stage, click on the ‘log-in’ icon on the Callibrate rewards
website homepage.
Please note that while Calliden also offers domestic quotes on Sunrise, these are
not currently included within our rewards program.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SIGN-UP
1. Broker Package User ID
This is the username that you currently use to log into your Broker Management System
on Sunrise. We use this ID to link your quotes to our points system.
Do you have a shared Broker Package User ID?
If you share the same Broker Package User ID with others in your brokerage, you
can still sign-up! One person registers a membership for the brokerage and you simply
work as a team to earn points and redeem rewards. All program communications will
be sent to the person who registered.
Who to ask about your Broker Package User ID
Speak to the system administrator at your brokerage who liaises with Ebix/Sunrise.
They will be able to tell you what your Broker Package User ID is or be able to
issue you with one.
2. Callibrate connection
You need to be connected to Callibrate on Sunrise to begin quoting. Callibrate is
a user-friendly system, but we’re here to help if you need us. Visit our tutorial
page, read the cheat sheet or call us on 1800 786 747 to find out more about how
Callibrate works.
We recommend that you seek consent from your brokerage principal prior to joining
the rewards program. As a compliance requirement, you may need to advise your customers
that completing commercial business quotes on their behalf will earn points and
you may possibly receive rewards.
